1. What kind of clothing does Patoola offer?
Patoola offers a curated collection of Indo-Western styles for women - including co-ord sets, and fusion festive wear, blending elegance with everyday comfort.
2. Where is Patoola based?
We are proudly based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and we currently deliver across India.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India.
4. How do I place an order?
Simply choose your desired product, select your size, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
5. Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, creating an account is optional. However, having one allows you to track your orders, save addresses, and enjoy faster checkouts.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes.
7. Is COD available on all orders?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India with a small shipping charge. You’ll see the option at checkout if your location is serviceable.
8. When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking link via SMS and email. You can follow that link to track your package in real time.
10. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

11. What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone, and we’ll make it right.
12. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for sizing issues or defects. The item must be unworn, unused, and with original tags. Currently, we do not accept returns or refunds.
13. Do you offer size customization?
We don’t offer custom sizing at the moment. However, our detailed size chart on each product page should help you find your perfect fit.
14. How do I care for my Patoola outfit?
We recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. You can gently hand wash in cold water after that. Avoid wringing and direct sunlight when drying. Check the Care section on the product page for specific guidance.
