Refund Policy

No Refunds – Exchange Only

At Patoola, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide exchanges.


When Are Refunds Not Applicable?

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing an order.

  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or product.

  • Delays in delivery due to unforeseen external factors.

  • Orders placed using credit notes or discount codes.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with special offers.


Exchange Eligibility

If you've received:

  • A wrong product, or

  • A defective or damaged item,

you are eligible for an exchange at no additional shipping cost.


Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

  • If approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 7–10 business days.
