Return & Exchange Policy

At Patoola, we are dedicated to providing you with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below:


1. Exchanges Only – No Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges if you encounter any issues with your order.


2. Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, or damaged:

  • Notification: Kindly inform us by email or message within 3 days of delivery.

  • Confirmation: Once we confirm the issue, you will receive a confirmation from us.

  • Return Timeline: Please ensure the product is sent back to us within 7 days of confirmation, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.

  • Non-Compliance: Products returned after 7 days, or showing signs of damage or wear, will not be accepted.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior notice or confirmation from our side will not be accepted.


3. Exchanges for Size or Style

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or style:

  • The shipping charges for returning the product to us and for sending the replacement will be borne by the customer.

  • The exchange shipping charge is ₹200 per exchange.


4. Failed Deliveries

In cases where delivery fails due to:

  • Unavailability of the customer,

  • Incorrect contact details,

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts, or

  • Refusal to pay shipping or applicable fees,

Patoola is not responsible for the failed delivery or the associated shipping costs for returning the order. If your order is returned and you wish for it to be shipped again, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.


5. Important Points

  • Discounted Products & Credit Note Orders: No exchanges are allowed for products purchased under promotions, discounts, or using credit notes.

  • Credit Note Validity: Any credit notes issued will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.


6. Exchange Process

  • Timely Requests: All exchange or alteration requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests sent after this period will not be accepted.

  • Product Return Timeline: Once your exchange request is confirmed by our team, you are required to send the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the confirmation. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Non-Compliance:

    • Products returned after the 7-day window or showing signs of damage, wear, or improper use will not be accepted.

    • Items returned without prior notification or confirmation from our team will also not be accepted.


7. How to Initiate an Exchange?

  2. Wait for a confirmation from our team before returning the product.

  3. Send the product back in its original packaging with tags intact.

  4. Once we receive the product, we will process your exchange.
